Dave was out in Chicago to exhibit at a convention from May 21 - 23. That happens to be where my brother is serving his mission. Well, he's actually in Geneva right now, a suburb of Chicago. As some of you might have noticed it was my brother's birthday on the 21st and Dave was actually able to hand deliver the birthday package from my family (my Mom). (It wasn't a surprise, we did arrange the meeting). After dropping off the package at Elder Kocherhans' apt., Dave then became their dinner appointment and took Aaron and his comp out for some Chicago style pizza. Aaron's having such a great mission. He loves the work and is having a lot of success with the people in his areas. Dave said that Aaron seemed really good. He seemed to have a handle on things already (He's only been out 6 mos). and he seemed so much more grown up and easy to talk with. He also seemed really "into" his mission. That's all they talked about at dinner was the work they're doing out there in Chicago. We love him and are so proud of him for the good work he's doing, and hope that meeting up with Dave didn't weird him out too much.
