Halloween 2008

This picture was taken at our annual Baker family Halloween Party. There is a theme here. Can you figure it out?......We're all things that start with "P." Ok, I know that's a stretch. We had tons of fun eating yummy soups and playing some fun Halloween games. Dave was actually supposed to be a pirate for Halloween but we didn't quite have his ensemble together by the family party. We wanted to be pirates because we were going to be on our cruise over Halloween. Get IT....Pirates!!!? Clever right? Well Dave was actually sick on Halloween night so we never got a chance to sport our pirate garb. Dang! Oh well. I'm sure nobody really feels bad for us and you shouldn't.

As I mentioned earlier, we were on our cruise over Halloween so we didn't get to take Jesse Trick-or-Treating this year. I know... bad parents! However, I'm so grateful for my family for getting him dressed up, taking pictures, and taking him around the neighborhood. This was the first year Jesse could really appreciate candy and I didn't want him to miss out. I loved Jesse's Halloween costume! He was a little penguin this year. I especially loved how his tail would "waddle" back and forth when he walked and ran around. It was so cute!
